Antonio Scarpa
Antonio Scarpa was born on December 5, 1990 in Padua, Italy. Child of Italian father and Yugoslav mother, born in Italy and raised in Croatia, his interest in acting and performing is rooted in his always moving and challenging lifestyle. He is known for his work on Rafaël (2018), Finché c'è Prosecco c'è speranza (2017).
By attending several educational paths and being committed in different movie productions, he gained a solid acquaintance of acting techniques and cinema mechanisms. His abilities in changing looks, facial expressions and voice inflections, combined with stunts and athleticism, made him acting in different contexts such as comedies, dramas and action movies and grabbed the attention of various directors as Oscar nominated Ben Sombogaart and Veljko Bulajic.
Thanks to his foreign language speaking competences, he is sought by both national and international productions. Besides movies, his carrier facing the screen is also made of TV series, commercials and music videos. He is a member of The Croatian Association of Drama Artists and when not performing as an actor, he works in production, casting and art departments.
