Ariya Ghahramani
Ariya Ghahramani is an American television, film, and theatre actor. He most notably played the role of Amir in the Emmy Award winning series The Night Of directed by Steve Zaillian on HBO. He was born and raised in Princeton New Jersey. At an early age, he developed a love for acting in film, television, and theater. Ghahramani received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Hofstra University. He was immediately cast in the West Coast premiere of The Kite Runner at the Actors Theatre of Louisville and Cleveland Playhouse shortly after. In 2012, he starred in the West Coast premiere of Rafta, Rafta at the Old Globe Theatre. The play was written by Ayub-Khan Din. Following Rafta Rafta, Ghahramani co starred in the film Brightest Star with Alison Janney and Chris Lowell. He then played Matt Oberg's intern in Bert and Arnie's Guide to Friendship starring Anna Chlumsky. As well as starring in Ken Kushner's When The Devil Comes with Dechen Thurman. Ariya is also the brother in law of American football player Randall Cobb.
