Arsène Mosca was born on 4 August 1967 in Puteaux, Seine [now Hauts-de-Seine], France. He is an actor and writer, known for Micmacs à tire-larigot (2009), L'ennemi public n°1 (2008) and Asterix at the Olympic Games (2008).
