Caleb Bean
Caleb Bean is a professional actor with 17 years of experience in the industry. His improvisation, script memorization, comedic timing, and immediacy skills as well as his professionalism and leadership has had writers, directors, and producers insisting on his participation in their future projects. Born in 1987 in Houston, TX, Caleb is the youngest of four with his own family in which he is the devoted father of two sons. Developing an early interest in performing arts, Caleb played in the orchestra during his time at Westfield Senior High School. After graduating high school, he took his knack for music and performance to Aldine ISD and worked as a music director that taught his students the complexities of the art of music performance. In 2010, he worked for the New Light Church where he was first introduced to the world of theatre and acting. His first acting opportunity was the role of Lance in the stage play, What If Jesus Never Came, in which he delivered a stand-out performance that amused the audience. His performance and work ethic on and off the stage attracted the eyes of directors and producers that desired his participation in their productions. Subsequently, Caleb continued to act in several productions, such as Secret, Marriage, and Vows; Why Wait; Love by Chance; and God Knows the Truth and I'm Gonna Tell It, as the memorable comedic relief character. In his latest role, however, he effectively played the dynamic and complex character in and upcoming SAG film. In order to deliver a commendable performance in these productions, Caleb learns and reviews the works of his numerous inspirations which include Tom Hanks, Cathy Bates, Laurence Fishburne, and Jeffery Wright.
