Conroy Kanter
Conroy Kanter is the President and Founder of KK Ranch Productions, Inc., CEO of Trafficked, LLC, an Executive Member of LA Women in Film, a 30-year SAG Member and a member of GSN, an organization fighting the world of human trafficking. In addition to cherishing her role as a mother, she is an award-winning producer, actress, speaker, and now-activist. Her latest independent dramas are, "Trafficked" which was inspired by the book "Sex Trafficking: Inside the Business of Modern Slavery" by Siddarth Kara. Trafficked stars Ashley Judd, Elisabeth Röhm, Anne Archer, Patrick Duffy and Sean Patrick Flannery. The film had its world premiere at the United Nations and received a standing ovation from over 400 dignitaries thereby prompting more funding to be allocated to combat human trafficking around the world. Trafficked, through the medium of film, has brought awareness to the $150 billion sex trafficking industry and to today's 30 million slaves in captivity around the world. "Million Loves In Me", has the honor of being the most award-winning film to date from Malaysia, it has taken the film festival circuit by storm, including winning Best Foreign Language Feature Film at the Fusion International Film Festival earlier this year in London. The film is inspired by a true court case in Hong Kong and is a look into the bond between Mother and Child, family dysfunction and mental illness. Conroy was honored as a Speaker on The Power of Film at the GSN/Vatican conference in April 2019, Speaker at the 2019 Canadian Energy Executive Conference, Speaker and Presenter at the Global Peace Forum at the University of Coventry, England, Speaker at the Quaker Council for European Affairs Brussels, Belgium. Winner for Best Foreign Feature Film Award "A Million Loves In Me" 2020 Fusion Film International Festival London, England, she received the 2018 International IStand Award as a Freedom Fighter for taking extraordinary measures to fight Human Trafficking Globally by FREE-THEM Organization in Toronto, Ontario Canada and received the State of California Ambassador Certificate of Recognition for outstanding service and commitment 2018 and 2019.
