Daniel Chuba
Daniel Chuba is an American Producer, Writer and Director. He studied Painting at the University of Michigan before earning his Masters Degree in Computer Animation from Cal Arts. After graduation he joined Apogee Productions eventually becoming Head of Production. He then moved to Pacific Data Images' feature film division as a Producer and then Executive Producer of the studio.
In 1992 he founded Hammerhead Productions along with three other PDI senior managers, Jamie Dixon, Rebecca Marie and Thad Beier. At Hammerhead he produced digital animation and visual effects on 115 feature films pictures. In 2015 he founded Legacy Classics along with Mark A.Z. Dippé, to produce family entertainment and educational products based on classic and award winning children's literature.
In 2019 he partnered with producer Sylwia Wilkos to found Sun Dragon Entertainment to develop and produce live-action series and films.
