Emily Pearse
Emily Pearse was born in Clearwater, Florida. She graduated in 2015 with a BA in Theatre from The Florida State University, with a focus in performance. She spent her time in college participating in a sketch comedy troupe, 30in60, and has previously been seen in plays like Jurassic Park: The Musical as Dr. Elliot Sattler and The Maids portraying the Madame.
In 2015, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in film and television. Since moving to LA, she has appeared in several short films and has played Nancy Drew in a comedy web-series, New Hardy Boys (2016). Her film work also includes playing Danielle Scott in Philophobia: or the Fear of Falling in Love (2019), an independent feature by Tunnel Light Pictures. Television credits include playing the snarky Erica Roberts in Crude (2017), and the lovable Mrs. Clarke on Icky Free Kids (2018). Other projects include Emily Dickinson Time Traveler (2018) and Philophobia: or the Fear of Falling in Love (2019). She has also done several national commercial campaigns including Credit Karma, Tinder, and Samsung.
Since late 2018 she is based out of Atlanta, GA to pursue work in the southeast market.
She has completed the improv program at Upright Citizens Brigade, as well as classes with varying studios around Los Angeles and Georgia such as Bramon Garcia Braun Studio, Alyson Horne Casting, and Laugh Lab with Lace Larrabee.
