Gaetano Amato

He is most famous for his numerous appearances in television series ("La squadra", "Il Grande Torino", "L'uomo sbagliato", "L'ultimo padrino", "Crimini", "Il coraggio di Angela"). He loved works equally between film, television and theater. Winner of numerous awards (the award Charlot for cabaret, the Grolla d'oro for "Il Grande Torino", TV-quality award for "La squadra", gold Mirto for Actor of the Year). He is also the author of novels, including "Il testimone" of 2009 (finalist in the "Premio Bancarella"). He also writes for cabaret, theater and cinema.
