Greg Mason
Greg Mason Actor
Greg Mason was born in Fairmont , WV, where after high school he attended Fairmont State College. With his brother Zach, they signed up to be extras in George Romero's, 1990 remake of Night of the Living Dead, which was filming in PA. That is when he realized that acting was what he was meant to do. Extra parts led to speaking roles in approximately 50 movies, and acceptance into SAG/AFTRA.
Working in multiple feature films brought him to the attention of Collective Development who gave him a role in a film they were producing in Lansing, Michigan. There he developed a rapport with the producers, directors and their actor family that is well established within the filming industry of historic, family oriented productions. Greg has portrayed characters in 5 of their movies, the roles being well written and directed, and acted to fit in the style of the production's focus.
At this time Greg is preparing for his 6th role with CDI in MBF (Man's Best Friend), playing the role of Jim, the landlord of the main character, played by DJ Perry. Greg was cast in this role as the production knows his work well and knew he would be the right person for the character.
"We are a family on set and off set. We have respect and admiration for each others acting and directorial and production insights." - Greg Mason
