Junaid Imam
Junaid Imam Shaikh (born 15 May 1980) is an Indian film director, producer, scriptwriter, poet, screenwriter, filmmaker and he works in the Hindi entertainment Industry. Junaid Imam grew up in Akola , a small city of Maharashtra He belongs to the traditionally-Muslim community, a Dravidian tribe.
He earned his Master in video Production and filmmaking from University of Pune, His first international Award-winning Hindi film Merit Animal is a reflection of his 'childhood memories'.
His debut feature film,Merit Animal, is releasing soon 2022.

Since 2013 he started his own production house fan motion pictures. produced & Directed such diverse & Award wining short films as 2013 'Melawa-The Festival of marriages " a social women's issue based short film, 2014 "Ek Kulta Ek Raja", a social Human Rights film, 2015's "Missile Man" a Docu-drama on Indian Scientist A.P.J.Abdul kalam Life.2016 "Dot-the Daughter"A Child abortion short fiction film.2017,"Fagwa-The colour of soul" based on true events, 2018 "Kerb-The panic Horizon " Based on childhood to mother concept short film, 2019 Eidi (social family drama) ,2020 "Miasma ( social thriller short film), 2021 Baang (Online directed short film during lockdown, pune to Kashmir) 2022 Kirdaar (social family drama ) based on after lockdown and covid in India.
He have received 25+ awards from nation and international film festivals for his short films.
