Katherine Dickson
Katherine began her career as a child performer with lead roles at the American Folk Theater Children's Division.
She continues to run the range of leading ladies in shows like Man of La Mancha, Ragtime, Songs for a New World, Children Of Eden, Gondoliers, Godspell, just to name a few.
Aside from her theater credits, Katherine continues to grow in her film career as well. Starring opposite Hemky Madera (Weeds (2005), Rango (2011)) in The Last Intervention (2012), written by Sarah Thorp (The Bounty Hunter (2010), Twisted (2004),) and directed by Giovanny Blanco (Cornelius (2008)) in the role of Marisella.
As if these accomplishments were not enough, Katherine is also Owner and CEO of Guapa Films a film production company dedicated to producing unique and thought-provoking independent movies.
As producer, her most recent work Alma & Alex (2014) directed by 'Chris Chan Roberson' premiered at the Cannes Film Festival and the documentary La toma (2010) directed by Paola Mendoza, premiered at the prestigious, Traverse City Film Festival, and New York Documentary Film Festival.
Katherine studied Musical Theater at the Hartford Conservatory.
