Kevin Asch
Kevin received a B.A. in film directing from the School of Visual Arts in New York City, and has studied with Joe Paradise Film Acting Studio. He began his career at the New York based studio, The Shooting Gallery, involved with the production and distribution of over thirty films including You Can Count On Me and Croupier.
Kevin won Breakthrough Director at the 2010 Gotham Independent Film Awards, the Most Promising New Director Award at the 2010 Deauville Film Festival, and Best Drama at the 2010 High Times Stoney Awards for his feature directorial debut Holy Rollers. Starring Oscar nominated Jesse Eisenberg, Holy Rollers premiered at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival in Dramatic Competition, was released in North America in the summer of 2010 and played in theaters worldwide throughout 2011. Asch also wrote, directed and produced the short, Characters, and produced the independent feature, Point&Shoot.
