Kevin D'Ambrosio
Kevin D'Ambrosio is a disabled actor raised north of Boston who has written and produced films that have premiered at the Easterseals Disability Film Challenge, "Love + Ritual" (2023) and "Super Inspired" (2022). He was a member of UMass Amherst comedy troupe, Mission IMPROVable. He appeared for many years on stage in Chicago theaters, including, iO and Piven Theatre. His stage credits there include the world-premiere's: Acadamy-Award nominee John Hancock's "The Brother," and Sarah Ruhl's adaption of, "Three Sisters." He is an award-winning storyteller (The Moth-StorySLAM), and is a motivational speaker. Kevin created a personal narrative storytelling lab in Cook County Jail (Chicago) for maximum and medium security male detainees, and led a theater games program for adults with developmental disabilities at Piven Theatre.
