Kevin Headd
Kevin was born in New Jersey on February 28, 1966, and was raised in Milford, NJ near the Delaware River. He attended Phillipsburg Catholic High School and graduated from Delaware Valley High School in 1984. He played on the golf team at the College of New Jersey (formerly Trenton State College) in Ewing, NJ. While in college in the 1985, Kevin was in an apartment fire and received 2nd and 3rd degree burns. He was treated at Shriner's Burn Institute in Boston. Massachusetts on and off for about a 5 year period. Upon graduation, Kevin pursued and received a Master's degree in geology (1989-1993) at East Carolina in Greenville, North Carolina. He met his wife Lisa Singleton at East Carolina and they were married in 1991. They had a daughter in 1992 and eventually settled in Huntersville, NC (outside of Charlotte, NC). Kevin became a professional geologist (1993) and a certified industrial hygienist (CIH - 2013). He also received a Master of Business of Administration (MBA) from Wake Forest in 1999. In addition to his professional work he taught earth science classes at the University of North Carolina - Charlotte. Kevin and Lisa relocated to the Portland, Oregon area of the Pacific Northwest in late 2017.
