Kevin Ryan
Kevin Ryan's career spans between directing, writing, producing and acting. Kevin has collaborated on a number of award winning films such as Laredo (David Price), Paddy's in the Boot (Kevin Shulman), and The Tub (Matia Karrell). Kevin also produced the feature film The Guru & The Gypsy (Philippe Caland). Kevin recently completed directing principal photography on 'Bad Suns', an Irish film production using Los Angeles and surrounding areas as his main filming locations. Utilizing a predominantly Irish cast and crew, the production included Ian Fox (Jurassic World, Captain America:Winter Soldier, Meet the Fockers) as director of photography. Kevin has also recently been in writing development on multiple television concepts with his creative team Christina Wayne (Breaking Bad, Mad Men, Copper), Tom Kelly (Copper, Blue Bloods, The Get Down, The Purge) and Matthew Spradlin (Bad Kids Go To Hell.) As an actor, Kevin Ryan starred on BBC America's Copper. Created by Oscar winning director Barry Levinson, multi- Emmy winner Tom Fontana, and Academy Award nominee Will Rokos. The series became BBC America's highest rated series premiere of all time. He also starred in the History Channels hit mini-series Sons of Liberty which premiered at the end of January 2016. Kevin has also appeared in the NBC series Crossbones starring John Malkovich, created by Neil Cross and directed by Ciaran Donnelly. Ryan's most recent roles include his portrayal of 'Patrick Ryan' on Freeforms mystery thriller Guilt; Playing 'The Frog Prince' on ABC's Once Upon a Time; Portraying the edgy, temperamental 'Colin Kilgannon' on NBC's hit TV series The Blacklist and recently completed filming the role of 'Callum Kelleher' on the Dead Pan Pictures TV series for Acorn TV and RTE The South Westerlies directed by Simon Gibney and Declan Recks.
