Kevin Sean Michaels
The award-winning writer, director and producer Kevin Sean Michaels was born in New York City. Vamp Productions was founded in 2005. Michaels is best known for "Vampira: The Movie" and "The Wild World of Ted V.Mikels," about the grind-house filmmaker and was narrated by John Waters. Michaels practices Transcendental Meditation. In 2008, Michaels met David Lynch and produced a documentary, which Lynch starred in called,"Beyond The Noise" about a teenager's journey learning Transcendental Meditation. Michaels worked with actress and horror legend Ingrid Pitt in 2010 on her last movie, an animated short on her experiences in the Holocaust called, "Ingrid Pitt: Beyond The Forest." It long-listed for the Academy Award. He wrote and directed the documentary Kaufmania. He hosts the entertainment podcast "Friend or Foe" for Universal Broadcast Network.
