Roberto Birindelli
Roberto Birindelli is an Uruguayan actor and architect based in Brazil. He began his career in theater in 1986 with the play O Santo Inquérito, by Dias Gomes. He studied acting in Paris (Jacques Lecoq), Italy (Potlach Group), United States of America (Thomas Leabhart), Denmark (Eugenio Barba), England (Philippe Gaulier) Porto Alegre (Yoshi Oida) and São Paulo (Lume).
He has extensive experience in theater as an actor and director with works in Liverpool, Birkenhead, Stockholm, Rome and Brazil. He has worked in films, novels and series with Stellan Skarsgård, Guilhermo Pfening, Julio Andrade, Cauã Reimond, Tony Ramos, Fernanda Montenegro, Rodrigo Lombardi and Alice Braga.
In the cinema he has performed in more than 40 films between short films and feature films in Brazil, Argentina and the United States of America; He also worked in series on Fox, HBO and Rede Globo, worked with directors Breno Silveira, Frank Spano, John Dickinson, Stephen Daldry, Sylvan Archambault, Gabriel Mascaro, Sérgio Resende, Marcelo Antunez, Paulo Nascimento, Paulo Sacramento, Jorge Furtado, Carlos Gerbase, Juan Zapata, Rogério Gomes, Wolf Maia, Jayme Monjardim, Mauro Mendonça Filho and José Alvarenga.
