Roman Green
Roman was born Simon Green, in London on the 29th of August 1967. In 1993 Simon was involved in a serious road traffic accident which ultimately left him paralysed in his upper right torso. He elected to have his right arm amputated in July 1993. Although never married he has twin daughters born in 2003.
Roman (Equity Stage Name) made his film debut in 2009 playing a ghost in Clive Barkers Book of Blood. His next forays into film were also his Hollywood debuts, with appearances in the Brad Pitt extravaganza World War Z and Snow White & the Huntsman.
He has since worked on TV dramas such as Downton Abbey, Mr Selfridge etc. as well as major Hollywood Blockbusters, The Monuments Men, Fury etc. Roman also works on casualty simulation exercises for the British military and civilian emergency services preparing & training personnel to cater for the horrific injuries sustained in the theatre of war / terrorist attacks and general disasters.
