Sal Cenicola
Trained in acting for 2 years at Ramapo College of NJ. Trained for several additional years under private acting coach Marty Winkler (who also trained and coached Actress and Soap Star Jackie Zeman, Actor Robert Sean Leonard, and Actor/Comedian Harry Basil). Also performed in Showcases on Theater Row in NYC, 1980's. Was enrolled and trained 3 additional years at HB Studios NYC late 1980's. Worked with Sylvester Stallone on Television Movie: "Heart of a Champion - The Ray Mancini Story", 1985 starring Doug McKeon when Sal was a Ranked Professional Boxer in the 80's. Played the role of Billy in the movie "Coming From All Sides" 2014 written and directed by Bernie Ask. Played the role of Lou Orimo in Ben Affleck's movie: "Live by Night", 2015. Has worked in Theater with The Saint Simons Island Players. Played the male lead as Samual Katz in the play "The Cemetery Club" 2016 Directed by Gregory Santoro. Also in 2016 worked as a background Actor for several episodes filming the second season of the series: "Underground". January 2017 Sal performed again with the Saint Simons Island Players in the Neil Simon Play "Rumors" where he had the role of NYC Police Officer Welch. February/March 2017 Sal worked as a background actor for the movie "Galveston", filmed in Savannah Georgia. Also March 2017 Sal worked on a new movie titled: "Christmas On the Coast". Sal was cast for the role of Dom, a restaurateur. That role qualified Sal to join and become a member of SAG. Sal "Rocky" Cenicola was inducted into the New Jersey Boxing Hall of Fame November 08, 2012. Sal "Rocky" Cenicola made a historic comeback to professional boxing and winning his boxing match April 13, 2013. That fight put Sal in the Guinness Book of World Records for Boxing 2013. Sal is also a co-host of a very popular daily Boxing Radio Show.
