Sydney Hamm

Sydney Hamm is an American actress, internationally represented print & runway model, social justice advocate, and weekly live show host. She is best known for her leading role in the 2022 Lifetime movie, Psycho Swim Instructor. Sydney has also spent significant time garnering experience behind the scenes as a writer, producer, and creative director. With a writing and research-heavy bachelor's degree in Human Development from California State University of Long Beach (where she graduated with honors), Sydney has put her knowledge to use in her various roles for such projects as The Regard Breakdown Podcast (associate producer, writer, and fact-checker), streaming service AUX Live (on-camera host, writer, fact-checker), and many more.
