Tymur Yashchenko

Film director and screenwriter. Tymur graduate from prestigious Lodz Film School (PWSFTviT, Poland) in 2013. He also studied in "Kulturama" art school in Stockholm (Sweden) and holds a law degree from the Cherkasy National University (Ukraine). Known for his debut feature movie "U311 Cherkasy" (2019), which appeared to be first motion picture about the Ukrainian Navy ever. It was premiered in main competition of the Warsaw Film Festival in 2019 and had impressive distribution and success in Ukraine in 2020. Afterwards his debut feature film was sold to USA (Amazon Prime Videos), Latin America, Japan, South Korea, Australia, India, Germany, Poland and other countries. Tymur lives and works in Warsaw and Kyiv.
