Tyrone Mitchell Henderson
Born in Geneva, New York. Tyrone is considered one of the most prominent African American theatre actors in the country. Tyrone attended the school of hard knocks... AADA, Hobart College and SUNY Stony Brook included. Highlights include, the National Tour of Bring in Da'Noise Bring in Da' Funk, as well as work with Phylicia Rashad, Patrick Stewart, Suzanne Bertish and Anthony Stewart Head. Tyrone has worked extensively on works of William Shakespeare. He's been honored with The Leon Rabin and Dallas Theatre Critics awards, and is a two time Audelco award nominee. His Television and film credits include: Tyrone recurs as law partner Barry on The Good Fight, FBI, Search Party, God Friended Me, Sneaky Pete, Orange is the New Black, House of Cards, Law and Order (franchise trifecta - six episodes) Tyrone can be seen in The Upside (2019). He's worked with theatre directors George C. Wolfe, Kenny Leon, Billy Porter, Timothy Douglas, Liesl Tommy, Scott Schwartz, and James Lapine.
