Uta Briesewitz

Uta Briesewitz was born In Leverkusen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Her visual talent almost made her pursue a career as a painter but she followed her passion for creating images and telling stories in film and TV instead. She is a director and cinematographer, known for The Wheel of Time (2021), Stranger Things (2016), Westworld (2016) and The Wire.
