Vyjayanthi Vadrevu

Vyjayanthi is a screenwriter, actress, anthropologist, and former adjunct professor of Applied Anthropology and Autoethnography at the City University of New York. She started her own consultancy Rasa, to apply anthropological research to product innovation and marketing in tech, fashion, and non-profit sectors. She studied dramatic and comedic acting and writing techniques, most recently at School of Visual Arts, UCB, and People's Improv Theater in New York, and Writing Pad, The Berg Studios, and Westside Comedy Theater Improv in Los Angeles. She has performed original works: dances, comedic characters, film performances, and talks across the globe. Vyjayanthi combines prose and movement to allow her to connect to the deepest parts of the human experience.
