Winsome Brown

Winsome Brown is known for portraying strong and charismatic women. She is powerful, heartbreaking, and often wickedly funny. Born in Toronto, Canada, to an Irish mother and an American father, she is a master of accents and languages. She is an Obie award winner and a graduate of Harvard College where her senior thesis won the Hoopes Prize. In addition to being an actor, she is a writer and director of theatre, film, and TV. Her plays have debuted at La MaMa ETC and the Performing Garage in New York City, and toured internationally.
