Zeinab Ghareeb
She is a writer, actress & creative producer from Cairo, Egypt who graduated with a degree in Egyptology & Psychology. She worked as a researcher & Egyptologist with the Egyptian & British Museums before deciding to pursue a filmmaking career. She received a filmmaking diploma in national film & television in London, took acting masterclasses with international instructors like Giles Foreman, Carlos Diaz Leon & took creative writing workshops with Namir Abdel messeeh, Ahmed Mourad, Ahmed Abdalah & Ayman el Amir.
She worked as a filmmaker "One Woman Crew" on experimental short films based on Land of the God & The Blue Elephant Novels and on a creative docudrama "The Beginning and The Ending" inspired by the Naguib Mahfouz novel. Moreover she is working as an actress in television shows & films such as Kamla Abou Zekry's "Women's Jail" & "Multifaceted".
She worked as creative producer for Maqam productions & as a freelance script doctor for other projects. She now works for Film Clinic productions as a creative producer & script doctor.
She wrote her first feature screenplay " Laila " with Dahshur script lap by Misr International Films (MIF) and is nominated to develop the film with international film labs like Toronto film lab.
