Taurus World Stunt Awards 2020 nominee Conor Hegarty was born in Dublin, Ireland. After earning his 2nd Degree Black Belt in Traditional JuJutsu Conor's ambition to be a Stunt Performer brought him to study Stage Combat with the IDCA, BASSC and SAFD. After many years of certifying and teaching this led him to becoming an Advanced Level 1 Instructor in Fencing and Sword Fighting. In 2011 he helped set up Ireland's first Precision Stunt Driving School where he taught for many years. Conor is also a very experienced stunt rigger having certified in Stunt Rigging Level 2 with Keir Beck of AP8. In 2017 Conor went on to set up a training facility for stunt performers to train together in Ireland called Precision Stunt Performers. The facility's training specialises in screen combat, precision driving as well as high falls, fire etc
