Born in Vancouver, BC, Callum is a proud Canadian actor. He started his acting career at the age of 6 when he wanted to walk into the footsteps of his father, actor Andrew Airlie. Callum Airlie is known for his performances in William, The BFG, and When Calls the Heart. He loves to act, as it makes him feel that he is harnessing his natural born creativity. Outside of acting, Callum loves to play basketball and competes in CrossFit. He loves to meet with fans and has a beautiful dog named Zoe, which he walks with along the Vancouver beaches.
Callum has been acting in film and television since the age of 8 when he was cast as James Ginsberg, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg's son in Focus' Feature Biopic "On The Basis Of Sex". Along side Felicity Jones, Armie Hammer, Cailee Spaney. Callum since, can be seen in popular Netflix movies: "Polar" and "The Silence". As well as renowned TV series: Amazon's "The Boys", CBC's "AnnE" and "Kim's Convenience". And reoccurring in season 1 of Fox 21's notable TV mini series "The HOTZONE" He can be seen in TV Movies on CBC GEM "A Christmas Letter" and LifeTime network "Toying with the Holidays" of which he plays lead roles. Look for him later this year in a lead role on yet another Holiday movie which he just finished filming. No stranger to the voice-over and animation world, Callum has played numerous characters in current and past seasons on many networks. Performing leads in series; playing " Romeo" in PJ Masks (Disney Jr/ EOne) "Prince Wednesday" in Daniel Tiger's Neighbourhood (Fred Rogers Productions/PBS) playing "Scooch Pooch", in Go, Dog, Go! (Dreamworks/Netflix). Reoccurring supporting characters: "The Copy Cat" on Paw Patrol, (Nickelodeon) "Slater" on Corn & Peg, (Nick Jr) "Bubba" Kingdom Force (Universal Kids). Additionally, he can be heard voicing many characters on: the Pikwik Pack (Disney Jr), Mighty Express (Netflix), Elinor Wonders Why (PBS Jr), XavierRiddle and Wild Kratts (9Story Media). Most notably Callum voices "Rocky" on the Big Screen in the 2021 feature film Paw Patrol:The Movie (Paramount/Nickelodeon). And continues to work on many voice productions this year and a Big Screen Sequel to be released in 2023.

Callum was born in London and grew up on a Chelsea estate - he is a huge Chelsea football fan - where, he claimed in a 2014 interview, "I learned more from films than I did through life itself." Six foot two tall, he decided to go into acting at age eighteen taking some courses and working as a model for Burberry, fronting their 2011 campaign photographed by Mario Testino. Whilst continuing to take acting lessons he was cast by John Boorman to play the director's younger self in 'Queen and Country', the sequel to 'Hope and Glory', in 2012 though it was over a year before the project got off the ground. In the meantime he appeared opposite Helen McCrory in 'Leaving'. a television drama about a middle-aged woman's affair with a younger man. On the strength of this and the eventual release of 'Queen and Country' Screen International declared him one of its Stars of Tomorrow in 2014. In 2014 he also appeared in Channel 4's drama serial 'Glue', as one of a group of youngsters investigating the death of Callum's brother in a community of travelers and in early 2016 he could be seen as part of the huge ensemble cast in the BBC TV adaptation of 'War and Peace.'
