Kim Manners was born on 13 January 1951 in the USA. He was a producer and director, known for The X Files (1993), Supernatural (2005) and Charlie's Angels (1976). He died on 25 January 2009 in Los Angeles, California, USA.
Kim Manning had spent a few years in Spain in various shows, when she was elected to be secretary in the famous show "Un dos tres responda otra vez" (1972). She was in the first team of secretaries that sang and danced, something she did very well from the first program she appeared in, "El debut de secretarias" (1983), in the third season of the show. With her simpathy and talent, she soon became the most famous secretary of the team, although she wasn't the accountant secretary at that time. When that season was finished, almost all the secretaries of her team left the show, except Gloria Fernandez and her, and she received the new secretaries in the fourth season with open arms. She still wasn't the accountant secretary, because of her stranger accent, but program after program her popularity was being increased among the spanish audience. In the fifth season there she was again, and there she stayed again. The accountant hostess was the same one of the previous season. Kim started doing all kinds of jobs a secretary can have, she introduced the contestants, recieved the host, Mayra, carried the questions for the contestants, carried the money in the second part of the show, and of course sang and danced in the third part. She almost only had left to be the accountant host, but it wouldn't be in the fifth season. In the third season the accountant of the third season, Silvia Marsó, came back and took back her role. Kim already had a reccord: she was (and she still is nowadays) the secretary that had stayed in the program for the highest amount of chapters. When Silvia Marsó left the program a few days after September, at last Kim had her reward for all the years of faithfulness to the show: she became the accountant secretary. It was a little bit difficult for her because of her english accent, but she did it with joy and happiness, she had earned the leader role of the team of secretaries after four years of work. In January 1988 the season was finished and with that her work on "Un dos tres". When the program returned three years later she wasn't there anymore. She returned for a special appearance in the 20th aniversay special in 1992, and that was her last appearance in "Un dos tres". After that she went on with her career. Her highest success after "Un dos tres" was in "Manos a la obra". Unfortunately, after that she hasn't had very much luck in her works. Her last appearance has been in "London Street", a series that weren't succesful since only three chapters were broadcasted. Nowadays she is the owner of a restaurant, and, still after 16 years, when you tell someone the word "Un dos tres secretary", one of the first, if not the first, name that comes to his mind is Kim Manning.
