Fraser produced the Showtime documentary film Basketball County: In The Water. Kirk produced and directed Tuskegee Airmen: Legacy of Courage, for History Channel. Fraser explores the legacy of the Tuskegee Airmen, the legendary group of African American pilots revealing how these warriors for change helped end segregation in the military and pave the way for the civil rights movement.

He is partnered with Marty Poole in the production-world sales company Fairway Film Alliance. More known for being the Director of Prgramming Outreach (as well as a programmer and Media Coordinator) for the Blood in the Snow Canadian Film Festival, Kirk also pursues acting opportunities as they are presented. After some background work in other features and a small roll in the short film "A Toss of the Dice", Kirk landed his first speaking role in a feature film with "Late Night Double Feature". Kirk continues to program film for the festival he works for while keeping a eye open for his next acting opportunity.
