Actress Kari Wishingrad was born on June 29 in New York City on the upper west side. She attended the prestigious school Lincoln Square Academy performing arts grammar school in the heart of Lincoln Center and in her youth watched countless Broadway Musicals with her family. It was during a performance of the musical "I Had A Ball" starring Buddy Hackett that Wishingrad, age four, knew that she wanted to become a performer.
