Kasia has a twin brother Tomek who lives in Italy and a younger sister Marysia. As a child, Kasia studied in a primary school of music in her home town Walbrzych. She is proficient in playing piano and enjoys the instrument until nowadays. From any early ages she has been very fond of sports and led an active life style. Ten years of horse riding led Kasia to a professional level in that field and brought her with many prestigious trophies. In 1998, she won the award of "The Best Contestant of the Year", despite her young age. In 1999, following her sport career, Kasia got discovered by the world of fashion. Later on, during the 2009-2010 period, Kasia played in another soap production "Samo Zycie" directed by Teresa Kotlarczyk and "Krolowie Srodmiescia". Her film credits include "Rys" and a short production "Street Feeling" by Christopher Russ Carlson. Kasia Sowinska lives in Los Angeles, where she enjoys taking classes at the acting academy of Howard Fine. She recently appeared in an American series "Ricky and Ravy are Between Jobs" and is excited about future acting projects to come. Kasia is also an active supporter and ambassador of "Fight Against Breast Cancer" campaign for Avon Poland, which she was honored to produce. In the future, she is actually planning to create her own charitable trust, which would support those fighting with cancer.
