Kerry McGann was born in Totowa, N.J. to an Irish immigrant mother and an American born war veteran. Kerry started her career as a young print model being photographed by world renowned high fashion photographers such as Hiro and Francesco Scavullo and in advertisements for JCPenny, New York Times Magazine, as well as, being featured in Premier Magazine. Following in her first cousin's, Brooke Shields, footsteps Kerry began acting in community theatre and local commercials which lead her to auditioning for the esteemed BFA program at the University of Southern California (USC) and becoming one of only two transfer students accepted that year into their acting program. On returning to the East Coast, Kerry took a job as a commercial copywriter while debuting in her first Off-Broadway play, The Fourth Chair at the Intar Theater. During this time, Kerry, also became a member of the Love Creek Theatre Group and performed in several of their original play productions, as well as, directed. Setting her sights on film, Kerry, was first cast in a lead role in the feature film, Exposure (2007), and immediately went on to star in such cult classic movies such as: Banshee!!! (2008), _"Dark Haul"(2014)_, Sasquatch Assault (2009), Wishin' and Hopin' (2014) and the soon to be released feature film, Bloodrunners (2017), to name a few.
