Kerry Shawcross
Kerry "Dragonface" Shawcross is an Internet and YouTube personality, co-writer of the Rooster Teeth production RWBY who also works as a co-director, compositor, and voice actor for Rooster Teeth and Achievement Hunter. He is an employee at Rooster Teeth who is one of the primary script writers and was co-director of Volumes 1 and 2 of RWBY. Following the death of creator Monty Oum on February 1, 2015, he was made director of Volume 3. He also voices Neptune Vasilias in RWBY, Lieutenant Palomo in Red vs. Blue and Dragonface in X-Ray and Vav. Kerry is a core member of Rooster Teeth and Achievement Hunter and has appeared in multiple videos so far. He is one of the directors of Red vs. Blue and part of the writing team of RWBY. Kerry Valderrama is a former airborne infantryman with the 82nd Airborne Division and served as a team leader in Afghanistan for Operation Enduring Freedom. He received a B.A. from Methodist University in Political Science and a minor in Spanish. While attending the University of Texas at San Antonio for his Masters degree in International Relations, Kerry withdrew halfway through the program to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. Since working in the entertainment industry, Kerry has directed, produced and written two award-winning feature films, numerous commercials, music videos, created a comic book series (distributed through Diamond Comics), as well as an award-winning screenplay "Memories of a Hundred" that among other credits, became a 2010 Nicholls Semi-Finalist.
