Morgan Daniel
Morgan Daniel was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Soon after High School he moved to South Florida where he attended Florida Atlantic University, initially majoring in Oceanography, and ultimately majoring in Business and minoring in Theatre. Morgan went on to study in Palm Beach with then transplanted LA acting coach Richard Lepore (Meisner Technique), had a short run at the Burt Reynolds Dinner Theatre in Jupiter, Florida, and modeled and acted in and around Miami until finally making the move to Los Angeles in 1989. Morgan immediately engrossed himself in studying and working hard to stay afloat while pursuing his goals in Film and Music. Michael Gazzo, Margie Haber, Jeremiah Comey, John Swanbeck and Maria Gobetti were some of the acting coaches instrumental in developing his acting style and technique. Morgan has had the pleasure of working with many interesting and talented actors throughout his time in Los Angeles, most notably to date, Timothy Bottoms, Jon Polito, Mitchell Whitfield, Shane Conrad, Frank Stallone, Calista Carradine, Oleg Taktarov', and the late Anna Nicole Smith. Morgan has written and directed feature film "Flies on Cupid", short film "Encounter" and his early-nineties band "WorldWide"'s music video "Don't Color Me".

It's been a busy time for Morgan, with a lead role in the enormously popular Series 2 of "The Girlfriend Experience", a Starz Original Series, and a lead in the re-telling of iconic feature film 'Storm Boy'. He has also just finished filming the role of Oberon in Foxtel's drama "The End", by See-Saw Films. Morgan made his screen debut at only seven years of age opposite Charlotte Gainsbourg in the Australian/French feature film 'The Tree'. Directed by Julie Bertuccelli, the film premiered on closing night of the Cannes Film Festival and earned Morgan rave reviews. His performance was honored with a Film Critics Circle Award and AFI nominations in both the categories of Best Lead Actor and Best Young Actor. The following year, Morgan appeared in 'The Hunter', an adaptation of the award-winning novel by Julia Leigh. The film, staring Willem Dafoe and Sam Neill, premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) and saw Morgan again nominated for an AFI (AACTA). Other credits followed, including a lead guest role in Steven Spielberg's "Terra Nova" and the short film 'Julian', which took out the Crystal Bear for Best Short Film at the Berlin Film Festival in the Generation KPlus category. Morgan later appeared in "Devil's Playground" for Foxtel (Director: Rachel Ward) and in Alice Englert's short film 'The Boyfriend Game', which premiered at TIFF.
