As a result, Menacho was offered her own TV show, Carnivale with Paola, on MTV Latin America. Three years later, Paola moved north to America. During her first three years in the States, Paola performed in local theater plays such as Hello Dolly and A Christmas Carol. She was featured in music videos by Gwen Stefani, Outkast, Sisqo, Master P, The Westside Connection and many more and landed her first national commercial for Coffee Mate followed by 12+ additional national commercials. Paola went on to land one of her first U.S. film roles as a supporting role in the feature film The Spot, which appeared in theaters Winter 2007 and held a lead role in The Black Mariachi, which premiered at Los Angeles' African American Film Marketplace. Menacho soon achieved a lead role in ABC Entertainment Television's Actors Showcase, in which 18 actors of 700 candidates were selected. Paola Miguel is a Mexican actress, born in Mexico City on October 18th, 2007. Paola began her acting lessons since she was 6 years old with Margarita Mandoki. On 2016 she was admitted into Televisa's prestigious school for children: CEA Infantil, where she concluded her studies as an actor. Paola Núñez started acting when she was 12 years old. Seven years later she moved from her tiny town of Tecate, to Mexico City to begin her acting career. There she graduated from the acting school CEFAC. She immediately began working on day-time television serials, in commercial theater and feature films. In 2005, the role of Barbie Basterrica, a spoiled rich girl brought Paola international attention in her breakthrough lead role in "Amor en Costodia". The role was in large part developed and much of the dialogue even generated by Nuñez herself. Paola later admit that she was inspired by her take on high society girls in Mexico City. Her initial intention was to satire their obnoxious and selfish behavior. Paola was surprised when the fans embraced the character of Barbie.
