Robert Gilabert Cuenca, known has Roberto GC or by his Chinese name Luo Wei, was born in Tarragona (Spain) in 1984. From the age of 5 Roberto started to practice several martial arts and by the age of 15 he specialized in Chinese Martial Arts (Wushu). As a teenager Roberto started his experience as an actor in Theatrical shows and cursed his GCE on Fine Arts and Performing Arts High school. In 2008 the mix of love for performing arts and Chinese martial arts leaded Roberto to China where he continued his studies in Beijing Sports University as Martial Arts instructor specializing later in choreographer for action movies and as an actor in several courses associated with the Beijing Film Academy. After his studies, Roberto began his career as an actor and director at the Beijing Playhouse English Broadway theater. Just two years later Robert started working as freelance Actor, Screenwriter and Director specialized in Chinese films and co-productions between China and Foreign countries. Since then Roberto has been working in films, TV shows, commercials, short films, documentaries, etc. At the end of 2019, Roberto returned to Spain where he coursed a Masters in Film Directing and Screenplay at the University of San Jorge de Zaragoza through the CPA (Academy of Film and Audiovisual Studies). Throughout his career, Roberto G.C. not only managed to establish himself as a professional actor, co-director and screenwriter with a large experience in audiovisual productions and excellent ability to work with scripts in several languages (Chinese, English, Spanish, Valencian), but has also as stunt actor and martial artist for Action Films of National and International level.

Robert is widely known for representing himself (Pro-se) in his Two Year Custody Trial for his three children., Robert was Granted by the Court Complete and SOLE custody and his children and they have been exclusively residing with him since. Robert was then asked how it feels to win, he responded; "They're are no winners in divorce". Roberts dedication begins with his family, but extends itself to his profession. When Robert Found out his written Featured Film, "American Fright Fest "was not going to be personally represented at it's World Premier in London, Robert at his own expense flew nine hours to London, got off the plane and went directly to the Theatre, introduce the film to the audience, made himself available for Q&A. He flew back to New York hours after the Festival concluded. Robert was born and raised in New York and has a strong emotional attachment to his home city and state. The attack on 9/11 was even more personal to him, as his sister Melissa was working in Tower One when it was hit. Robert also does Architectural Design, created and submitted his own vision of how he felt the WTC Site should be rebuilt. A Symbolic response to the horrific attack. Robert has acted in his productions, playing Irish Gangster "Owney Madden", In the History Channels, Patty Wacked/The Irish Mob. Police Officer Peterson in American Fright Fest, Power Banker, William Haines, in The Kings of Brooklyn, Hotel Entrepreneur in the Sundance Chanel's The Hotel Manor Inn. In "Paper Empire" an actor claimed he just couldn't go the day before a pivotal scene. Robert rewrote the scene, jumped in and performed the screen character "Noir" "Just when I thought I was out, I'm pulled back in" Robert laughed and told the Producers. Though also an actor, his now passion and focus is writing and directing.
