Udita Goswami

Udita was was born in Dehradun to a father from Varanasi and a mother from Shillong. She studied in Maa Anandmayi Memorial and D.A.V. Public schools until the 8th standard. Always wanting to be part of showbiz, she was not quite happy with her life in Dehradun. When she proposed to re-locate to Bombay, her parents initially opposed, but subsequently let her have her own way. Voluptuous, above average height, and sexy to boot, it was not long before her pictures were noticed by MTV. They approached her, and she subsequently became the winner of MTV Model Mission 2. She soon started modeling for Nokia, Star Movies, Pepsi, and Titan watches. She did her very first fashion feature photo-shoot with professional photographer Anand Seth. In 2003 Bollywood actress turned film-maker, Pooja Bhatt, offered her a role in 'Paap', which failed to make any impact at the box office, but did get stunningly beautiful Udita noticed, so much so that she got an offer to act in 'Zeher' - a movie that made her famous virtually overnight. She has subsequently appeared in 'Aksar'; has a special appearance in 'Dil Diya Hai'; has appeared in a music video by Ahmed Patel titled 'Kya Khoob Lagti Ho' opposite Upen Patel. She has also been involved in political awareness & has done a show for the 'Sick Kids Foundation'. She was award presenter in 2004 for the '49th Filmfare Awards'. Her appearance in 'The Man' produced by 'Dharmendra' co-starring Sunny Deol, originally scheduled for a 2009/2010 release, is on hold. This natural beauty, who is ranked amongst the 'Top 100 Beautiful Women', has taken it upon herself to review all offers that are coming her way and is also considering acting in commercial movies - if she likes the role.

Udo Kier

Beginning his life with the same flare for the dramatic that would come to define his career, Udo Kier was born in Köln, Germany near the end of the 2nd world war. The hospital was bombed and buried Kier and his mother in the rubble. Both survived, and Kier would later move to London as a young adult to study English. Kier was discovered in London by Michael Sarne, who cast him in his first role as a gigolo in "Road To Saint Tropez". Kier then starred in Michael Armstrong's extremely controversial "Mark Of The Devil". He would go on to work with Paul Morrissey in Andy Warhol's "Flesh For Frankenstein" and "Blood For Dracula", Dario Argento in "Suspiria", and Rainer Werner Fassbinder in "The Third Generation", "Lili Marllen", and "Lola". Kier entered the American independent cinema scene many years later after meeting Gus Van Sant at the Berlin Film Festival. Van Sant offered Kier the role of Hans, the lamp-singing john in "My Own Private Idaho" with Keanu Reeves and River Phoenix. He would later have roles in Gus Van Sant's "Even Cowgirls Get The Blues" and "Don't Worry He Won't Get Far On Foot" as well as such 90s Hollywood hits as "Ace Ventura: Pet Detective", "Johnny Mnemonic", "Barb Wire", "End Of Violence", "For Love Or Money", "Armagedden", "Blade", and "End Of Days". Kier is probably best known for his collaboration with Lars von Trier, appearing in most of his films including "Medea", "Europa", "Breaking The Waves", "Dancer In TheE Dark", "Dogville", "Manderlay", "Melancholia", "Nymphomaniac (Vol. II)" and "The Kingdom" (Danish TV). Kier's recent renaissance has seen him play memorable roles in the Activision game "Call Of Duty", numerous television roles in North America and Europe, and in the films "Iron Sky", "Brawl In Cell Block 99", "Downsizing", "American Animals", "Bacurau", "The Painted Bird", "The Blazing World" and "Swan Song", among many others.

Udoka Oyeka

Udoka Oyeka was born in Dallas, Texas, to Solomon and Florence Oyeka. At the age of 2 both his parents left the United States with his older brother and sister and moved back to their home country Nigeria, where he grew up in the buzzing city of Lagos till he finished his High School. His father, a chemical engineer ran his own chemical factory, his mother, a civil servant worked at the National port. Immediately after High School Udoka moved back to Dallas, Texas to attend the University of Texas at Arlington. In his sophomore year, upon taking a theater elective his passion for the stage and acting was born. After graduating he immediately enrolled in Drama School to following his passion for film, of which he found pleasure both behind and in front of the camera. He released his first feature "ZR-7 (The Red House Seven)" in cinemas nationwide (Nigeria) in 2011. "ZR-7" was nominated for Best Child Actor at the Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA) in 2011. He followed with the short film titled "Down and Out" which had 3 nominations including Best Short Film at the 2013 AfricaMagic Viewer's Choice Awards (AMVCA); it was an official selection at the 2013 Africa International Film Festival (AFRIFF) and was nominated for Best Short Film as well. Udoka was selected for the 2014 Berlinale Film Festival Talent Campus at the Durban International Film Festival where his new project titled "No Good Turn" was also selected for the Script Station. In front of the camera, Udoka is currently a leading cast member on the Hit TV series TINSEL playing the role "Tsav". In his down time he loves to play basketball and soccer and loves listening to world music. Udoka received a lot of acclaim for his film "Living Funeral" which screened in a bunch of international film festivals including Cannes Film Festival 2014, Durban International Film Festival 2014; Pan African Film Festival in Los Angeles 2014; the African Film Festival New York 2014, Zimbabwe Film Festival 2014 and the Africa International Film Festival (AFRIFF) 2014. Living Funeral received 8 nominations at the 2014 AfricaMagic Viewer's Choice Awards (AMVCA) including Best Director, Best Movie (Drama), and Best Cinematography, Best Screenplay amongst others. It was also nominated for Best Nigerian Film at AFRIFF 2014, Best Short film at the Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA) 2014 and Best Short Film at the Best of Nollywood Awards (BON) 2014. His new film "No Good Turn" deals with the effect of terrorism (Boko Haram) in the Northern part of Nigeria. It showcases how it affects the common man living in the region. The film is already gaining lots of attention in international festival scenes as its been selected officially at the European Independent Film Festival 2016, Durban Int'l Film Festival 2016, Cannes Film Festival Short film corner 2016 amongst others.
