Elliott Michael Smith
Elliott Michael Smith made his mark as a teenage entrepreneur before jumping into film production. A native of Palm Springs, California, Smith opened his first business at the age of 18, learning early in life about the importance of a sturdy morality, a strong worth ethic, and the value of a dollar.
2016 was a breakthrough year for Elliott Michael Smith's production engagements. Smith produced Disney's "How to Catch a Ghost," before partnering with Uma Thurman in the production of the action heights comedy "The Brits Are Coming," a film co starring Tim Roth, Sofia Vergara, Alice Eve, Maggie Q and other Hollywood notables. Later in 2016, Smith produced the comedy "Office Uprising" for Sony's Crackle.
A co-founder of the Hollywood Insider Directory, Smith helps filmmakers make industry connections that green-light a host of creative projects. In early 2017, Smith also launched "Rumble Riot Pictures," a full-service film production company. Elliott wrapped principal photography of Rumble Riot's first picture, "Cut Throat City" directed by the RZA. Cut Throat City, starring Ethan Hawke, Eiza Gonzalez, Terrence Howard, Wesley Snipes, T.I., and other distinguished actors.
