Katerina Maria

Katerina Maria was born December 29 in Toronto, Canada. She is a second-generation Canadian born to Bulgarian parents, and holds dual-Canadian and European citizenship. Katerina fell in love with storytelling and creating at a very young age, urging her parents to put her in acting classes at Children's Television Studios in Toronto, when she was as young as 5 years old. After studying Psychology at Ryerson University in Toronto, she felt the pull to return to her true passion, and hasn't looked back since. Though she trained in theatre upon acceptance to the Beverly Hills Playhouse in Los Angeles, her heart belongs to the medium of film.
