Sahil Takhi
Indian actor Sahil Takhi was born on September, 26 ,1984 in Chandigarh. He started his career as an Asst. professor in an engineering college. During his engineering days he was firstly staged as a stand-up comedian and joined his college theatre club as a passion and later has become his profession from 2016 onwards. He had done one year certification course in acting from Chandigarh Art Theatre and since then actively doing theatre till present. He played lead role in theatre play like Kanyadaan, Sari Raat, Dedh inch upar, Thy work is done and many more. He began his acting career by playing cameo characters in T.V, serials for Zee5/ Zee Punjabi Channel like Khasma nu Khani (S1 E66&67), Kamli Ishq Di(S1,E167), Tera Rang Chadiya(S1,E42) and Akhiyan Udeek Diyan(S1,E61). Also appear in crime series of Star Bharat Channel and Ptc box office telemovie "Dor". His filmy career started with punjabi movie "Thana Sadar" directed by Vikram Thori played a supporting character of militant. Also appeared in webshows "Chandigarh Girls" directed by Kirpal Sain, 'Backstage Boys' directed by Harjit Ricky and Dil Bekaraar directed by Habib Faisal. His latest release was Balajimotionpictures "U-Turn" directed by Arif Khan streaming on Zee5 played a dominant character of a cop Rajan Sodhi. He will also appear in "Aghat" directed by Nikhil Bhat and Imtiaz Ali's "Chamkila" as a cop.
