Preston Daniel Grant was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Encouraged by his parents, Preston pursued acting from an early age. During his teen years his hobby turned to a passion and his passion turned into his profession. He received his BFA in Theatre Acting from the University of Minnesota, Duluth and began acting in both film and theatre in Minneapolis.
